Res360 (formerly Residence24) is the operator and responsible party for this platform. Res360 provides a platform for finding and submitting student accommodation in South Africa. Listings are submitted by users and reviewed before publication; approval does not guarantee availability, safety or suitability.

When listing a space, you must provide accurate information and have authority to offer it. You must not post misleading, discriminatory or unlawful content. Res360 may reject or remove submissions that do not meet these standards.

Check property details and rental terms independently before paying or signing any agreement. Res360 is not a party to rental agreements between students and property owners.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by South African law. These terms should be reviewed with legal counsel before public launch.
