Res360 (formerly Residence24) operates this site. Res360 is the responsible party for personal information collected through this site under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

We collect your email address to create and secure your account. When you submit a listing, we also collect its description, location, price and selected amenities. We use this information to operate accommodation search, review submissions and manage your account.

Only approved listing details are shown publicly. Pending submissions remain visible only to their owner and authorised reviewers. Account information is not sold or included in public listings.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information through the site operator. Information may be retained where required for legal or operational reasons. We use service providers to host and secure the site and take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Concern descriptions and optional contact details are encrypted and used only to investigate and respond to your report. Assigned Res360 safety staff must complete two-step verification to open them. Original reports are not shared with landlords or published. Optional permission to prepare a redacted provider response does not authorise sharing your identity.

You can see your own case status after signing in. Retention periods, the Information Officer contact and the production operating protocol must be approved before public rollout; Res360 does not promise emergency handling or continuous monitoring.
